Terms of Service

By accessing our website or using any of our laundry services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Services Offered

• Pick Up & Delivery: Scheduled laundry pickup, wash, dry, fold, and return. $5.00 delivery charge applies. Bag pricing: Single $37 · Couples $65 · Family $125.
• Drop-Off Service: $2.35/lb standard (10 lb minimum, 24-hour turnaround). Same-day rush $2.65/lb if dropped off before 11:00 AM.
• Self-Service Laundromat: Commercial washers and dryers at our Lake City, MI facility.
• Commercial Laundry: High-volume services for businesses, priced by custom quote.

2. Garment Care & Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, shrinkage of items not labeled for machine washing, or color bleeding.
• Our liability for any damaged or lost item is limited to 10 times the cost of cleaning that item.
• Claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hours of order completion.
• We are not responsible for items left in pockets (cash, cards, keys, electronics, etc.).

3. Loyalty Card Program

• Loyalty cards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• 10% bonus applies to loads of $30.00 or more placed on the loyalty card.
• Every 10th wash free applies to self-service washer use only.

4. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Missaukee County, Michigan.
